The Hybrid Freezer cooling technology has a built-in fan interior fan for temperature control and utilizes 6mm thick heat pipes for effective thermal conductivity. The temperature will continue to monitor the heat of the GPU. When the temperature reaches 40 degrees, the fan will start rotating and will quickly disperse the heat. When the temperature drops to 40 degrees, the fan will automatically stop. The heat pipes and fins will remove the GPU's heat. Moreover, MSI did not hesitate to utilize the 6mm thick heat pipes even if it cost more. Compared to the 5mm which is usually used in heat pipes, the 6mm thick heat pipes offer 20% more conducting power and provide the most efficient radiation speed.
